Can I edit the Review Request email that’s sent to my customer?
Yes. You can change the review request email. You can change the default message by going to System Settings >Review Request Settings and look for the Customize Email link at the bottom of the page. You can also create your own message every time you send a review request by going to Review Process > Request New Review > Customize Review Request.
How do I add employees to the Linked to Employee drop down menu?
You can add up to five employees to the employee menu if you have the Premium Service and and unlimited number of employees to the menu if you have the Unlimited Service. If you have the Basic Service, you will need to upgrade before adding additional employees.
Can I send a review request to a customer without asking them first?
No. It’s not only against our Terms of Service to send an unsolicited email, but there’s a very good chance your customers will consider your email or text to be SPAM. Always ask before sending a review request. It’s in your best interest to do so.
