It’s important that you respond to your customer and let them know that you’ve seen their review, feedback or testimonial. Respond to them via email, telephone, postcard or mark as “Completed” and not requiring a response. Their name will disappear from the list.

I didn’t see a review on the review site. Why not?
If you don’t see a review it’s due to one of three reasons:
- They didn’t write a review.
- They wrote a review but the review site has not yet posted it.
- They wrote a review but the review site has filtered it.
