The Reviews page under Collected Data shows, the review website(s) where your customers went with the intent of writing a review. This does not mean that they wrote a review, just that they clicked on the link leading to this review site.

I didn’t see a review on the review site. Why not?

If you don’t see a review it’s due to one of three reasons:

• They didn’t write a review. (Most likely)
• They wrote a review but the review site has not yet posted it. (Next most likely)
• They wrote a review but the review site has filtered it. (Least Likely)
