Affiliates earn an ongoing 20% commission on new monthly subscribers that come to the site via your unique affiliate ID link.

As long as your subscriber remains with the Five Star Review System™ you’ll continue to earn a monthly commission. Sell just one of the following subscriptions and begin growing your business.*

Commissions are paid for new Subscribers that come to the FiveStarReviewSystem.com or BestLocalReviews.com and are identified by the Affiliate’s unique affiliate link or affiliate ID number.

A Subscriber is someone who purchases a Five Star Review System™ Member Account (Premium Subscription or Unlimited Subscription) for at least two consecutive months.

• The affiliate commission of 20%, is paid on the amount of the monthly subscription price. (Commissions are not paid on the set-up fee or refunded subscriptions)
• All payments are made monthly by check in U.S. dollars.
• All Affiliates are independent contractors, NOT employees of Essential Marketing Systems, Inc. and will need to provide a W-9.
  Affiliates earning over $650 will be issued a 1099 at the end of each year. Affiliates are responsible for their own federal, state and local taxes.

Affiliate applications must be approved by Essential Marketing Systems, Inc.

Essential Marketing Systems, Inc. strictly prohibits the use of any sites that are sexually explicit, violent or that discriminate against anyone based on sexual orientation, race, gender or religion. We reserve the right to determine if a site is offensive.

Essential Marketing Systems, Inc. reserves all rights relating to its trademarks and servicemarks. Essential Marketing System, Inc. trademarks may not be used for any reason to register Internet domain names.

Essential Marketing Systems, Inc. logos (including but not limited to those for the Five Star Review System™ and Best Local Reviews.com™) may not be shown or used in any way that is distasteful or misrepresents the products or sites.

Misrepresentation of any Essential Marketing Systems, Inc. product, service or website will result in immediate termination of this agreement.

As an Affiliate you agree not to send SPAM mail to promote Essential Marketing Systems, Inc.’s products or services.

Essential Marketing Systems, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or modify this agreement at any time. If the agreement is terminated, all outstanding commissions up to the termination time period will be paid by the end of the next month as long as this agreement was not violated by the Affiliate.
