What are the main reasons customers don’t write a review?
If you see that your customer has not responded to your review request, it “could” be indicative of the following:
- Your customer did not open their email yet.
- Your customer has chosen not to write a review.
- You have the wrong email address.
- Your customer has their spam filter set so high that your email went directly into their spam box.
What can I do to improve my customer response rate?
If you see that your customer has not responded to your review request, it “could” be indicative of the following:
- Make sure that your system is set to automatically send a review request reminder after 2 days.
- Send your review requests via email or email and text whenever possible.
- Confirm the email address with your customer.
- If their email address is accurate, ask them to look in their “Spam Box” for an email from your business and move it to their “Inbox”.
- If their email address is wrong, send them another review request using the correct address.
