What are the main reasons customers don’t write a review?

If you see that your customer has not responded to your review request, it “could” be indicative of the following:

  • Your customer did not open their email yet.
  • Your customer has chosen not to write a review.
  • You have the wrong email address.
  • Your customer has their spam filter set so high that your email went directly into their spam box.

What can I do to improve my customer response rate?

If you see that your customer has not responded to your review request, it “could” be indicative of the following:

  • Make sure that your system is set to automatically send a review request reminder after 2 days.
  • Send your review requests via email or email and text whenever possible.
  • Confirm the email address with your customer.
  • If their email address is accurate, ask them to look in their “Spam Box” for an email from your business and move it to their “Inbox”.
  • If their email address is wrong, send them another review request using the correct address.
