How does the “Thanked” button work on the dashboard?

After you have read your customer’s review, we strongly recommend thanking them. It only takes a minute and can be done by either email or a quick phone call. Besides being polite and gracious to someone who took the time to review you, it is an amazing relationship builder and part of a smart referral strategy. After you’ve thanked them simply click “No” to “Yes”.
