Employee Ratings By Request Date

This report shows how many review requests were sent, how many responses you received, your response rate and provides a running tabulation of customer star ratings.

Please Note — for the most accurate results, wait at least 5 days after the closing date of the report to check totals. This will give the majority of your customers an opportunity to respond.


Report For Accounts With One Location

Time Zone — to change the time zone used to generate your report go to Account Settings under System Settings and select the Select Your Time Zone dropdown box.


Report For Accounts With Multiple Locations

If you have accounts for multiple locations and would like to access them from a single login, contact us. This feature is included with all of our subscriptions levels.
